At Shampooches of Dereham, we believe that dogs are part of the family and deserve the best possible care, at all times.
Your pet’s enjoyment of their grooming time is paramount to us and their happiness and welfare is promoted throughout the grooming session.
As members of BIGA (the British Isles Grooming Association, a not-for-profit organisation) we adhere to their professional code of conduct. This means that your pet's health, welfare and safety are their number one priority.

Wendy Groom
Dog Groomer & Owner
Wendy is owner of Shampooches of Dereham and she holds a City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Dog grooming.
She has also completed Canine First Aid and Pet First Aid courses and is certified in them both.
Wendy also is qualified in micro chipping and Emmipet teeth cleaning.
Gem Gayfer Hall
Dog Groomer
Gem holds a City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Dog grooming.
She has also completed and passed Canine First Aid. Gem is also trained in Emmi-pet teeth cleaning.
Holly Goodwin
Level 2 Dog Groomer
Holly has qualified in Level 3 Animal Management, she started her Dog Grooming Level 2 Apprenticeship with us at Shampooches of Dereham, which she has since passed with Distinction.
